Lucy Bloodworth
has her undergraduate degree from Auburn University as well as both a Masters & an A.A. from the University of Alabama in Birmingham (all three in Early Childhood Education). She is retired from the Birmingham City School system where she taught kindergarten for 25 years.
Jennifer Compere
received her undergraduate degree (Psychology) and master’s degree (Elementary Education) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has taught for twelve years, teaching in both private and public schools. Prior to joining MCA, she taught for nine years in the Pell City School system.
Ashley Morris
graduated from the University of South Carolina with an undergraduate degree in Englishand Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. She served on the staff of UAB in the area of Developmental Reading. Prior to that, she taught second grade at Cherokee Bend Elementary for one year, and at Hawk Ridge Elementary for three years.
We plan on accepting applications for a third grade teacher in February 2010.
